Translated into " The Homage to the Fanatics of the March" - The legend of the Polish underground scene of the 1980s and their earliest dive into the cold-wave. The 1984 was one of the most creative and unlucky bands of the 80s. After 30 years, it’s time to remind their earliest, cold wave incarnation. As these pieces generally have never been realised in a studio, the LP contains two shows from 1985 and 1986 recorded at the JAROCIN FESTIVAL. Still magical and powerful, this sound is good enough to be considered as studio recordings. - A large, 24-page booklet with lirics and photos from the past is coming with the vinyl.

After numerous live gigs, more and more attention in the European undergound scenes and the release of their debut 12“ „Wrong Time Wrong Place“ via US-based anarcho punk label Mass Media Rec., TOTENWALD found their final line-up. New addition sax player Ruby makes TOTENWALD a 4-piece now and she definitely adds to the 80s post-punk & anarcho vibe of the band with her instrument drawing references to bands such as SKELETAL FAMILY or X-RAY SPEX.

THE GUESTS - Popular Music LP

THE GUESTS - Popular Music LP

Popular Music, the new album by Philadelphia new wave act The Guests, because the songs are just so damn pleasant. The band knows this. That’s why they’ve put their politics front and center, making it all almost impossible to ignore. You can hear this in their lyrics, with songs like, “Kicked and Punched, Rounded Up, and Stunned” and “Watching the War” driving home the band’s anti-capitalist, populist platform ...
