Please do not expect a procedure similar to Amazon or similar leeches! If you order for the first time please remember that Ruin Nation Records is a one person affair on a shoestring.

 

This basically means that i am running this all by myself and even with help from firends it is sometimes too much and i am not able to respond in time. I try my best to fill your orders as soon as possible but sometimes it might take 3 or 4 days longer because i am distracted with other shit that i am doing or have to do, or i am ill, or just can't be bothered. - If you think it's strange or odd you don't hear from me in a timely manner, always email and ask because i appreciate your order and support ALOT! Important for orders to the UK: You no longer pay the VAT charge (deducted already from the price) but customs might charge a import fee/tax if your order is above a certain amount.

 

Important for orders to the USA/Japan/Australia and beyond: Apparently deliveries to the Oversea countries still expect delays of 30+ days due to custom and transport issues caused by the Covid 19 pandemic. You will recieve a tracking code. - Again, please keep in mind that your shipment can be in transit for much longer as usual. Please ensure you have a change of address order in case you move houses!

Right of revocation

The contract can be revoked by the customer either in writing (e.g. letter, fax, e-mail), or, in the event that the item has been transferred before the expiry of this revocation period, by returning the item within two weeks. It is not necessary to give any reasons for this revocation. The revocation period shall begin to run after receipt of this letter, but in any event no earlier than the goods have been received by the customer (when similar goods are delivered in repeated installments the revocation period does not begin after the first installment has been delivered) and not before YSHIELD carries out the duty to supply information pursuant to Section 312c subs. 2 BGB (German Civil Code) in conjunction with Section 1 subs 1, 2 and 4 BGB-InfoV plus our duties pursuant to Section 312e subs 1 clause1 BGB in conjunction with Section 3 BGB-InfoV. In order to comply with the revocation period it shall be sufficient for the revocation or the item to have been posted within this period.

Consequences of revocation:

In case of valid revocation, both parties have to return the received goods or payments as well as any derived benefits (f.e. interest). In the event that you are unable to return the services or products received in their entirety or at all, or where you can only return them in a deteriorated state, then you will be liable to pay compensation to us accordingly. This does not apply with respect to goods being handed over in the event that such deterioration is exclusively due to your inspecting the goods as you would have been able to do in a retail shop. If you use the item according to its determination you will not be held responsible of any replacement upon deterioration.

The consumer is obliged to make return shipment of the thing at our risk, if it can be sent by parcel. The regular costs of return shipment may be imposed by contract on the consumer if the price of the thing to be sent back does not exceed an amount of forty euros or if, where the price is higher, the consumer has at the date of the revocation not yet rendered consideration or given a part payment, unless the goods supplied do not correspond to those ordered. Elsewise the return shipment is for free. Items that cannot be shipped in parcels will be picked up at your address. Payments have to be refunded by the customer within 30 days from dispatch of the notice of revocation. The deadline starts with your dispatch of your revocation notice or the item in question; for us it starts with our receipt of the same.
