Sweden’s Legendary D-Beat Band AVSKUM return with their first new album since 2008, “ En Annan Värld Ar Möjlig" ( Another World Is Possible). SCREAMING DEATH, an international bombardment of non-stop käng! The seeds of this project were planted in early 2021. The mission statement was to create a 4-way split 12” in the tradition of classic hardcore compilations in a similar vein as Thrash ‘Til Death. 4 bands from 3 different countries, each contributing several raging hardcore offerings – all fresh material unique to this compilation. DESTRUCT and SCARECROW from USA, DISSEKERAD from Sweden, and RAT CAGE from England all deliver their personal brand of bludgeoning raw hardcore punk at peak performance. When the recordings for this 4-way split were finalized, we knew the final product was becoming something special. Presented with beautiful and frightening cover artwork courtesy of the digitally evil mastermind Joe B, the record is as visually striking as the sound is skull shattering. Recorded in 2000, And The Winner Is marks their fifth full-length album in a series of official DK reissues to be released on Unrest Records. Extreme Swedish metal from Malmo (Sweden), Driller Killer formed in 1993 out of the ashes of Black Uniforms, Moderat Likvidation and Anti Cimex. Heavily influenced by Discharge, Driller Killer plays a heavy style of crusty metallic hardcore d-beat punk. Driller Killer was one of the first bands to fuse a death metal sound into a crust punk formula.
