COVID 19 // BREXIT // USA SHIPPING UPDATE:

Thanks for stopping by and your support. If you order for the first time please remember that Ruin Nation Records is a one person affair on a shoestring. This means i try my best to fill your orders as soon as possible but sometimes it might take 1 or 2 days longer. Patience is a virtue and i appreciate your order and support alot!

The current BREXIT as well as the ongoing COVID19 pandemic causes alot of delays especially for nonEU countries and oversea shipments. Please be aware that your order might take much longer as usual.

I also suggest to take a step up the postage if you order a single LP and your residence is overseas because there is a chance that your shipment will stuck in customs for a couple of days and you never know how they treat the parcel. To avoid damages top up the shipping if suggested in my reply email.

Important for orders to the UK: You no longer pay the VAT charge (deducted already from the price) but customs might charge a import fee/tax if your order is above a certain amount.

Important for orders to the USA: Delivery the the United States currently takes as much as three or four times longer than usual. Expect delays of 30 or 60+ days. I've been told by DHL that USPS have a 250.000 Parcel delay at the NY custom point (for all incoming foreign customs) I will work on a solution but UPS or FedEx is by far too expensive for retail mail-orders. Sorry.

Please CLICK HERE for more information about DHL international shipping and export restrictions during the Covid19 Pandemic!

The automatic PayPal check out is currently deactiviated! I will get back to you with a payment info as soon as i can. This might take 1-2 days. More if there is a weekend or bank holiday involved.

APPALACHIAN TERROR UNIT - We Don't Need Them LP
Zoom image

"We Don’t Need Them" is the second full-length record from West Virginia puns Appalachian Terror Unit. ATU have become known throughout the years as being one of the most politically charged bands in the current punk scene. This new record is an all out attack on today’s society that takes ATU to a new level of intensity both lyrically and musically. The combination of the beautiful and thought provoking gatefold cover (with art designed by Stiv of War) along with the brilliant recording and mastering job by Jay Matheson at the Jam Room take this record even further.

Song subjects include the horrors of war, police brutality, destruction of the environment, rape culture, consumerism and much more. Expect a very heavy and much angrier approach from a band that has been around the block and matured their sound. Seven raging new tunes including the epic fourteen and a half minute track“We Don’t Need Them”, a song that will one day be ranked among similar greats as the SUBHUMANS “From the Cradle to the Grave” and AUS ROTTEN “And Now Back to Our Programming”.

  • Package includes Gatefold Sleeve, Lyric Sheet + Large Poster.
  • Digital Download Code enclosed!

  • Available on "Regular Black" and limited (150 pcs) "White Wax" edition!

    DROPDEAD - s/t (1998)

Ltd color vinyl LP in a gatefold single pocket heavyweight jacket, with printed inner sleeve. - Completely remixed by Kurt Ballou and mastered by Brad Boatright at Audiosiege. The second album of sonic-grind, total obliti-core from Rhode Island's deafening devastators. Eighteen angry hardcore/thrash songs. Originally released in 1998, the first 500 came with a black on black screenprinted cover. The LP version plays from the inside to the outside on side one. 18 songs in a decidedly more Swedish HC vein, but with the usual odd breaks and fast parts throughout. More melodic than the first LP in some ways, and noisier in others.

    DROPDEAD - s/t (2020) LP

    DROPDEAD - s/t (2020) LP

Ltd color vinyl LP in a silver laminated gatefold single pocket heavyweight jacket, with 8 page 12x12 booklet insert. - Their long awaited third album, recorded by Kurt Ballou and Zach Weeks at God City and mastered by Brad Boatright at Audiosiege. Musically, the third Dropdead album is a bit different from previous recordings, style-wise and vocally, with the latter being delivered so the words have an impact more so than just raw screaming. With 23 songs in 24 minutes, the songs themselves vary much more in tempo and style, but ultimately, it's a Dropdead record that makes sense in 2020. Lyrically, this record is relevant to the times we live in, focused on the alarming state of the world, the disturbing rise of right-wing extremism, animal abuse, and the continued social failures of humankind. "These are dark times we find ourselves living in," says the band, "and this is how we vent our frustration and anger in a positive way."
