COVID 19 // BREXIT // USA SHIPPING UPDATE:

Thanks for stopping by and your support. If you order for the first time please remember that Ruin Nation Records is a one person affair on a shoestring. This means i try my best to fill your orders as soon as possible but sometimes it might take 1 or 2 days longer. Patience is a virtue and i appreciate your order and support alot!

The current BREXIT as well as the ongoing COVID19 pandemic causes alot of delays especially for nonEU countries and oversea shipments. Please be aware that your order might take much longer as usual.

I also suggest to take a step up the postage if you order a single LP and your residence is overseas because there is a chance that your shipment will stuck in customs for a couple of days and you never know how they treat the parcel. To avoid damages top up the shipping if suggested in my reply email.

Important for orders to the UK: You no longer pay the VAT charge (deducted already from the price) but customs might charge a import fee/tax if your order is above a certain amount.

Important for orders to the USA: Delivery the the United States currently takes as much as three or four times longer than usual. Expect delays of 30 or 60+ days. I've been told by DHL that USPS have a 250.000 Parcel delay at the NY custom point (for all incoming foreign customs) I will work on a solution but UPS or FedEx is by far too expensive for retail mail-orders. Sorry.

Please CLICK HERE for more information about DHL international shipping and export restrictions during the Covid19 Pandemic!

The automatic PayPal check out is currently deactiviated! I will get back to you with a payment info as soon as i can. This might take 1-2 days. More if there is a weekend or bank holiday involved.

CROSS STITCHED EYES - Decomposition LP

CROSS STITCHED EYES - Decomposition LP
Zoom image

Decomposition, the second full-length by US / UK / German collective Cross Stitched Eyes, follows in the tradition of anarchist punk and demonised death rock (Rudimentary Peni, Amebix and Killing Joke). Embracing the many irrational and visceral shades of this style's darkest corners, the album decidedly rejects traditional copy-and-paste guidelines of musical conformity with a puncturing attitude. The harsher side of Cross Stitched Eyes derives directly from the band's artistic influences and its deconstructed presentation. Decomposition's leadoff track "We Follow" evokes reactions to seemingly unchanging lifestyles with a vitriolic diatribe. Others like "Animated Corpse" and "Earth's Defiant" display a lyrical depth seldom heard these days. At times benign, at others aggressive, Decomposition explores the complicated relationship between dark and light in a repulsive world filled with gloom. 12 new tracks recorded between 2010 and 2011 and mastered by Skott Brown of the Phantom Limbs. First pressing comes in white vinyl...

EXTINCTION OF MANKIND - Baptised In Shit LP (Reissue)

"Baptised In Shit" is the 1995 debut album of Manchesters crucial-crust institution EXTINCTION OF MANKIND. Reissued via Ruin Nation Records and available again on vinyl for the first time in 17 Years and for the very first time as digital download! - Originally published in 1995 by Skuld Releases, written and recorded by the (semi) original line up you find the E.O.M. sound pointing more towards a unique combination of early 80´s UK Peace-Punk like ICONS OF FILTH with a heavy dose of ANTI-SECT influence but with a far superior 90´s production and a really heavy guitar-ridden sound that remind me quite a bit of CELTIC FROST.

OHYDA - Koszmar MC

OHYDA - Koszmar MC

Sophomore release by Lublin’s OHYDA. Picking up where their Self Titled LP left in 2016 their new 12” ups the feedback, aggression and psychedelic infused hardcore of their previous release to new levels. Sonically OHYDA are dark and anthemic, with a ferocious guitar tone and delay vocals backed up by a extremely solid rhythm section. Not afraid of riffs or creating atmospheric passages leading to explosions of noise full of nightmarish visions of the current world. Imagine ABADDON meeting HAWKWIND at Jarocin festival then using CRESS’s gear to write an album of distorted quasi industrial hardcore. I want to think that if the class of 1984 Polish hardcore had dreamed of what the future would sound it will be close to Koszmar.
