​Huge Mailorder and Domestic Distro changes! Please read!

 

In 2025 Ruin Nation Mail-order will be 32 Years old and th​ose past​ years were quite an adventure into the depths of the DIY underground.Starting with some small boxes under my bed, releasing records myself soon made the distro grow into a monster. Joining the coop with my friend Kleister of Skuld Releases was a massive help while he was doing Wholesale and myself maintained the Mail-order.

Unfortunately, when Kleister passed away in 2015, the whole operation slowly became too big to be on my own shoulders and it took a huge toll on my health. Running Mail-order and Wholesale all by myself and keeping the Skuld and Ruin Nation back catalog available was a massive financial risk and the pure stress of it backfired into high blood pressure and with that came other problems like Insomnia and burn out syndroms that move me into a vicious circle.

 

​I have said for the past 3 years that I plan to quit the distro part of Ruin Nation but that seems to be impossible. But it's 5 minutes past midnight now and I really need to make some changes here.... In fact huge changes.

 

I took some inspiration from Kent of Ebullition and from Sunday the 15th of December the following changes are up:

 

1. For ​t​he remaining part of ​t​his Year we have a 50 EUR minimum order*
2. We now only have one catalog.
3. Everyone pays wholesale prices + postage​. **

 

This means that everyone will get wholesale prices on everything and saves a lot of money. This way I hope to reduce the stock levels this way and generate enough money to pay invoices and new releases. Also, as said, you will save an incredible amount of money especially if you can afford a huge order. The difference will be massive! Perhaps try consolidating your orders with local friends.
