With the rerelease of this 1994 full length, we are starting a series of reissues of recordings from the legendary French band SCRAPS. The band was formed in 1983 in Lille, and from the very beginning was a counterweight to traditional punk sounds dominating the local scene. Their hallmarks were aggressive tempos with a ruthless political message. In addition to such bands as HEIMAT-LOS, KROMOZOM 4, FINAL BLAST or RAPT, Scraps were one of hardcore precursors in their own country. Thanks to tours, the exchange of cassettes and records, and interviews in fanzines, Scraps quickly gained international fame in DIY circles. The album "Dismantle the machine one cog at a time" was originally released by X-Mist Records in Germany, and was their last studio release. It was recorded after the departure of David, the band's singer, from his other band - NATIONS ON FIRE. The material for this record was created during the formation of ‘United Europe’ and expressed concern about the formation of a cross-border European corporate bank led by banks and investors in which radical movements are weakened or destroyed, and the police make brutal evictions of autonomous spaces. After 25 years since the original release of this LP it’s available again and this time features a completely new graphic layout and new mastering (by Smok, Studio As One).

THE EXPLOITED - Let's Start A War LP (Reissue)

Like it or not ... The Exploited was a very influential band of the second punk wave in the UK. Along with G.B.H., DISCHARGE (etc) they coined the UK Hardcore Punk term and their first 3 or even 4 albums are for sure classics. Let's Start a War, or Let's Start a War... (Said Maggie One Day), is their third album and originally released in 1983 through Pax Records. The title refers to Margaret Thatcher's decision to go to war over the Falkland Islands in 1982, suggesting that she did so almost on a whim. The controversial war was fodder for many protest songs in the punk movement. Got the infamous "Pushead" cover (what a story) and perhaps the most "Anarcho" vibe when it comes to the artwork. Also the last album featuring Big John Duncan on guitar and the end of the original Exploited. For sure never the smartest but also not the worst... 10, 9, 8, 7, 6, 5, 4, 3, 2, 1 ... here we go!

Limited repress on Restless Empire. Red/black splatter vinyl. Suicidal Tendencies is the debut studio album by American crossover thrash band Suicidal Tendencies. The album was released on July 5, 1983, through Frontier Records with the catalog number FLP 011. It became one of the best-selling punk albums at the time and launched the band into its future success. Suicidal Tendencies has received positive reviews from music critics, and by 1993, the album had sold at least 400,000 copies. "Institutionalized" was released as a single to promote the album.
