DISCLAIMER (Please Read!):

Thanks for stopping by and reading this! I'm working a day job now. This means time for the distribution is limited and i might be not a quick and fast as usual when it comes to replying and processing orders. In fact it can take up to 7 days before i mange to bring your orders to the post.

I'm really sorry for that inconvenience but at the moment it's not looking like it gonna get easier again that soon. Thanks for your support as always!

We changed the distro-model back to it's initial state because he "Wholesale for Everyone" idea wasn't working out as i wished and the minimum order just too high for many folks. Now we have regular retail prices again and no minimum order.

If you are a WHOLESALE CUSTOMER please check with your account is set for Wholesale before you order. If not please email me.

This webshop runs on an old system. I tried to update the payment function but failed. I need to get this done asap but my time is very limited. For now, you send me the order and i get back to you via email So make sure my email reaches you and not your spam filters. Thanks!

SORE THROAT - Disgrace To the Corpse Of Sid LP (Reissue)

Alright ... since Rich Walker became sort of an fool under Covid it's a bit of a mixed bag and i can also not really endorse the actual version of this band (only featuring Rich Walker from the original line up) but SORE THROAT was my introduction into the crust/thrashcore/noise world and their original imprint has a huge place in my heart with their "Never Mind The Napalm" and "Unhindered by Talent" LP's... as well as their SAW THROAT "Indestroy" album.

The final release of the original SORE THROAT was their "Disgrace to the corpse of Sid" LP on EARACHE and it all went downhill. So to say. Side B is more proper SORE THROAT and side A is giving every grind/noise freak wet pants... trust me!

One of the most frightening and terrifying records in music history finally returns to the spotlight in a deluxe F.O.A.D.-treatment reissue! This 103 song aberration (yes, it was 103 and not 101 as written on the sticker of the first pressing), originally released in 1989 and surrounded by much controversy between the band and Earache Records, remains to this day an unparalleled assault of catastrophic noisecore ferocity. Call it Noise, Grind, Britcore or whatever you like… but if we’re talking about the most extreme stuff ever released on a 12″, “Disgrace To The Corpse Of Sid” is definitely in the top 5 of all time.

“Lion Studios was hit by an even more extreme barrage of noise than before, as we decided to raise the stakes and exceed 100 tracks on the record.” - (Rich Militia)

This new edition has been entirely remastered for vinyl from the best sound sources and repackaged in a thick cardboard gatefold sleeve featuring extensive liner notes by Rich Militia once again slandering his ex-band mates...and so on. + OBI strip in Japanese and "Fuck Earache" A2 poster designed by the band.

Black vinyl limited to 250 copies.

Recorded at Lion Studios, Leeds 17th - 21st October 1988.
Originally published by Earache in 1989.
